The Chapter 4 Test is scheduled for Monday. Make sure you have developed a Five Paragraph Essay Outline in preparation for writing an essay on the topic: "Describe the development of Canada's foreign policy during the 1930s" Students who have not prepared an outline will not be allowed to write the essay.
